Removed the setup.exe file supplied in the installation package since it
redirected users without the .NET framework to an in-updated download page and caused some confusion.
Recommended .Net Framework download page is supplied in the readme.txt file.

Added icon to MFR entry in shell right-click menu.

Some minor bug fixes and changes in the shell right-click integration.

Ansi characters 80h to 0FFh (128 to 255) were not supported in list files
(Replace List, Casing List and Name List).

Console mode program (MFRC) required an "Enter" key-stroke to start renaming.

Added "/NFS" command line parameter to show non-file-system items in File
Explorer.
MFR 6.01

Right-clicking on a virtual shell item, e.g. Recycle Bin on Desktop, caused the
computer to slow down or hang for a while, if Magic File Renamer was installed
with Windows Shell Context Menu support.

Filling a previous version license code in the register window caused MFR to
crash on the next runs.
